Welcome to the Betcoin.ag Affiliate Program!

This agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between you ("Affiliate") and Betcoin.ag ("Company"). By signing up for the program, you agree to these terms.

Who Can Join?

• Webmasters
• PPC affiliates
• Streamers
• Anyone with high-quality online casino traffic from targeted regions (see below)

Restricted Regions:

• Australia, United Kingdom, Portugal, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France, The Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten, Singapore, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine or other restricted jurisdictions ("Restricted Jurisdiction") as communicated by us from time to time.

Commissions

Your commission rate is based on the number of First Time Depositors (FTDs) you refer each month:

• 25% of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) for 0-5 FTDs
• 30% of NGR for 6-15 FTDs
• 35% of NGR for 16-35 FTDs
• 40% of NGR for 36+ FTDs

Responsibilities as an Affiliate

• Registration: Apply and be approved for the program.
• Accurate Information: Provide and maintain accurate contact and business information.
• Login Security: Keep your login credentials confidential.
• No Self-Referral: Don't register yourself or associates as new players.
• Active Participation: Actively promote Betcoin.ag using approved methods.
• Web Site Compliance: Maintain a professional website that complies with all laws.
• Content Restrictions: Avoid defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content on your website.
• Valid Traffic: Generate traffic ethically. Don't use bots or fraudulent methods.
• Suitable Websites: Don't promote Betcoin.ag on unsuitable websites (e.g., gambling addiction resources, adult content).
• Affiliate Link Display: Display affiliate links prominently on your website. Advice player to delete cookies before clicking on the link.
• Approved Creatives: Only use advertising materials provided or approved by Betcoin.ag.
• Email and SMS Marketing: Get permission before sending marketing emails or SMS messages.
• Responsible Gambling: Promote responsible gambling practices and avoid targeting underage audiences.
• Legal Compliance: Operate within all relevant laws and regulations.
• Data Protection: Comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Cost and Expense: Cover all costs associated with promoting Betcoin.ag.
• Company Monitoring: Cooperate with Betcoin.ag's monitoring of your activity.
• Incorrect Commission Payments: Return any commissions earned through fraudulent activity.

Your Rights as an Affiliate

• Promote Betcoin.ag using approved methods.
• Use approved Betcoin.ag creative materials for promotion.
• Access monitoring tools to track your performance and commissions.
• Request exclusive marketing assets once reached the real money traffic threshold 

Company Obligations

• Provide promotional materials and information for you to use.
• Track referred players and their transactions.
• Offer monitoring tools for you to track your performance.
• Process your commissions according to the agreement.

Company Rights and Remedies

If you breach the agreement, the company may:

• Suspend your affiliate account.
• Withhold commissions earned through breaches.
• Terminate the agreement.
• Withhold remaining funds in your affiliate wallet (if not withdrawn within 3 months of termination).

Commission and Payment

• Commissions are paid based on the commission structure outlined above, exclusive deals approved and Insertion Order.
• The company reserves the right to change the commission structure.
• Commission Payments are made upon request and unlimited
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
• The company can correct any commission calculation errors.
• Commissions are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

Standard Commission Structure

• 25% of Gross Gaming Revenue for 0-5 FTDs
• 30% of Gross Gaming Revenue 6-15 FTDs
• 35% of Gross Gaming Revenue for 16-35 FTDs
• 40% of Gross Gaming Revenue for 36+ FTDs
• No negative carryover

Confidentiality

• You agree to keep confidential any information about Betcoin.ag's business or the affiliate program.
• You cannot issue press releases about the program without written consent from the company.

Term and Termination

• The agreement starts upon approval and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days' written
• We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time if there has been suspected abuse by the affiliate or its players, with regard to our anti-fraud policy. 

Additional Terms

• We make no guarantees about the program's functionality or uninterrupted operation.
• You indemnify us for any liabilities arising from your breach of agreement.
• Our liability is limited; we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
• We may modify these terms at any time.
